As its President & CEO, Lucinda guided the Center for Quality of Management through a financial crossroads. She successfully repositioned and sold the multi-national organization, saving CQM’s well-known intellectual property, guaranteeing obligations to clients, and securing jobs for 95% of its employees. Before that, she founded The Corporate Advisory Group, building it to a “best of class” reputation.   CAG provided customized executive and organization assessment, measurement and effectiveness support to CEOs and boards making high stakes talent and organization decisions.  She also built behavioral selection, development, and succession systems at the HayGroup.

She earned her Ph.D. in Strategy, Management and Organizational Behavior from New York University’s Stern School of Business and is a licensed Organizational Psychologist. Lucinda has served as expert advisor on Tests & Measures and in other Sensitive Employment Decision Situations and has spoken, published and taught widely in her fields of expertise. She is a member of The Chief Executive’s Club of Boston, The Boston Club, the American Psychological Association, the Association for Corporate Growth, Board Leaders, and the National Association for Corporate Directors where she maintains ongoing ISS Risk Management Board Certification credits.
